Pressure Intensifiers Application: Core Pulling
Expand existing pressure range with minimum effort, minimum cost.

In plastic injection moulding applications the MP intensifiers are used in connection with core pulling.

Sometimes the cores will get stuck after the moulding process and extra force is required to loosen the cores before they can be retracted.

Using the MP intensifiers will solve this problem as high pressure and hence higher retraction force will be present when needed, avoiding down time for the moulding process.
