Pressure intensifier in sub sea ROV hydraulic circuit

 

Subsea ROV typically have a hydraulic system delivering pressure of 140 bar. However most hydraulic tools used sub sea require 700 bar or higher to operate.

The MP intensifiers present an easy solution for obtaining the required operational pressure directly from the onboard hydraulic system, not requiring high pressure hydraulic products throughout the system, but only where needed.
